My name is Jay and I would like to make a fundraising appeal for a friend of mine - Mehul Prajapati, who is just 29 years old and from Vadodara, India. On the 28th Feb 2023 morning at around 9 am, he was at work and collapsed due to a stroke and was unconscious. He was then immediately rushed to the nearest A&E hospital; he was diagnosed with ischemic stroke in which a blood clot blocks the vein of the brain and narrows the artery supplying blood to the brain. Mehul continued with multiple strokes impacting his brain, spinal cord, vessels, and internal carotid arteries.

The local hospital then suggested his family take him to a better-equipped hospital where he could receive sufficient treatment for brain specialization. He was then shifted to the hospital called 'Aadicura Super speciality hospital'

So far, he had gone through 3 surgeries at this hospital however with the same result of unconsciousness and multiple disorders, the doctors' decisive team initially advised his family to wait for 72 hours for the next stage of treatments. The doctors continued to monitor Mehul's condition in the intensive critical care unit. There is a need for more intense treatment. Unfortunately, the family of this young hardworking average-earning individual is struggling to find the means to the treatment.

Currently, he has been shifted to Gotri Hospital under ICU observations.

Precisely, the sudden medical condition comes with expensive medical expenses. In this matter, I urge and kindly request you to donate something as per your capability so Mehul can get better treatment in the hospital without troubling their poor financial condition.

Therefore, I urge you all to kindly help by donating whatever you can do at your best. Every small penny will be a great help to this family. Although destiny is unknown and circumstances are uncertain, we as a humans can certainly, add support to the “Humanity” ground whenever we can.

God decides everything, and the only thing we can do is- help someone who is desperately in need.
