Iron Helix is a non-profit strength and fitness concept benefitting the New Hampshire recovery community. We offer free strength and fitness training to anyone in recovery. From people with five years of sobriety, or more, to group training with rehabs and sober houses consisting of individuals with less than a week. Anyone who is fighting this fight has a home and a squat rack at Iron Helix.

Hard things are hard. And now, more than ever, maintaining, regaining, or sustaining mental health and healthy living is hard. At Iron Helix, we lean into the “hard” rather than shy away. We lean into the struggle of addiction recovery through tailored physical fitness programs. No single path, treatment, or answer exists to solving addiction, we just want to provide another option to help you succeed. But acknowledging the battle is a necessary part. With Iron Helix, you will become stronger for that journey, for that battle – mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Connection is the opposite of addiction. And therefore, any successful recovery depends on human connection. With Iron Helix, our athletes will, through sweat and steel, forge connections that can only be built through this shared experience. The undeniable bond that already existed between members of our community will be fortified with Iron.

100% of the donations received here will go towards increasing access to our athletes in recovery through an expanded footprint, expanded hours of access and training, and transportation to and from the gym.

Literally every little bit counts and no donation is too small.
